Hey guys! I found this tutorial a while back and have decided to post it here. You can use this tutorial for a whole range of pleated skirts and sorts. :) There are a couple of tutorials that I've found that aren't as awesome as this one but I chose this one to share with you guys. :D So enjoy!!!
